Expertise · IMS, ISO & policy

Management systems that actually run the business.

Certification is easy to buy and hard to mean. Redrock builds integrated management systems on the Annex SL structure, across quality, environment, safety, energy and information security, and authors the policies and audit programmes that make them real in day-to-day operation.

The standards

Five standards, one system.

ISO 9001

Quality

A quality management system that makes delivery repeatable: documented processes, control of records, nonconformity and continual improvement.

ISO 14001

Environment

Environmental management with aspects and impacts, compliance obligations, objectives and operational control, the natural fit for a bioenergy operator.

ISO 45001

Health & safety

Occupational health and safety, hazard identification, worker consultation and incident management, essential on a process plant.

ISO 50001

Energy

Energy management with energy review, baselines and performance indicators, directly relevant to an energy producer’s own consumption.

ISO 27001

Information security

Information security management, risk treatment and controls, for the data and systems behind a modern operation.

What we do

From policy to certification.

Integrated by design

One management system built on the Annex SL high-level structure, so the standards share context, leadership, risk, support and improvement clauses instead of running as five silos.

Policy & procedure authorship

The policies, procedures, registers and controlled documents that turn an intended system into an operating one, written to be used, not shelved.

Audit

Internal audit programmes, management review, and readiness for certification, run to the standard a lead auditor applies.

Certification roadmap

A staged path to certification, sequencing the standards so effort compounds rather than repeats.

Why it matters

The discipline behind everything else.

A management system is not paperwork for its own sake. It is how a developer proves, to a regulator, a lender and an insurer, that quality, environment, safety, energy and security are controlled rather than assumed. On a process plant handling waste and flammable gas, that assurance is part of the licence to operate.

Redrock runs its own operations to this standard and builds the same discipline into the projects and organisations it advises.
