How a project moves
A gated lifecycle, not a leap of faith.
A project earns the right to spend the next tranche of money at each gate, or it stops. Origination and feasibility do the fatal-flaw checks early and cheaply, so the projects that cannot work are killed before they burn capital. Pre-development secures land, grid and feedstock under option or heads of terms and fixes the consent strategy. Only then do front-end engineering and the lender-grade financial model run in parallel toward financial close. Delivery and commissioning hand a built, financed asset into operation.
Running it this way means the same team carries a project across every gate, so nothing is lost in a handover and the assumptions made at concept are the ones tested at close. It is the discipline that separates a project that reaches FID from a pipeline of hopeful concepts.

Because Redrock develops and operates its own projects, our technical and commercial diligence is grounded in what actually goes wrong on a plant, not in a checklist. We pressure-test the feedstock basket, the process design, the consent risk and the revenue stack the way a credit committee will, and we report the landscape with a clear recommendation rather than a hedged opinion. Where a deal does not stack up, we say so early, while it still costs nothing to walk away.
