The disciplines behind every project.
Redrock is a developer, not a panel of advisers. The same five disciplines run through every project we take on, from the process engineering that decides whether a plant performs to the management systems that hold it all to standard. This is the depth we deploy.
AD, biogas & biomethane process engineering
Digester sizing, mass and energy balances, biogas upgrading (MOF, membrane, water scrubbing, PSA, amine), pretreatment, pasteurisation and CNG virtual pipeline design. The engineering that runs through every project.

The disciplines are not separate services.
A bioenergy project fails at the seams between disciplines, not in the middle of any one of them. A feedstock basket that looks strong on paper sets the design yield, which sets the plant, which sets the capital, which sets the finance case. Get the biochemical methane potential wrong at P90 and every number downstream is wrong with it. Consent that slips a quarter moves financial close and the whole return.
Redrock runs the five disciplines as one connected model precisely so those seams are owned by one team. The process engineer who sizes the digester is reading the same feedstock contracts as the person structuring the offtake, and the planning strategy is set against the plant the finance case can actually carry. That is what separates a developer from a panel of advisers handing work across a gap.
How to engage us
One workstream, or a project end to end.
Most engagements start with a single question: is this feedstock real, will this plant perform, does this project finance, will it get consent. We answer that question on its own terms, and where it makes sense we carry the project further, through engineering, consenting and financing to close. We give the landscape and a clear recommendation, and we say so plainly when a project does not stack up.
Need one of these disciplines on your project?
Whether it is a single workstream or a project run end to end, we would like to hear from you.
