Redrock Bioenergy develops anaerobic digestion, biomethane and advanced bioenergy projects across Australia, Ireland, the United Kingdom and Nigeria. We develop and deliver infrastructure, and we advise, rather than only reporting on it.

What we do

Waste into energy, fuels and value.

We take organic, industrial and hazardous wastes and turn them into renewable gas, sustainable fuels, recovered nutrients and carbon value, including the streams that conventional digestion and recycling cannot handle. That runs from the proven core of anaerobic digestion and biomethane, through supercritical processing for hard-to-treat wastes, to the biogenic-CO₂ routes into sustainable aviation fuel.

Every project starts from real feedstock, sound thermodynamics and honest economics, with a clear route to being built, financed and run. The result is conversion infrastructure that stands up technically, commercially and environmentally.

Ben Martin.

Redrock is led by its founder, Ben Martin. His background spans environmental management, operations optimisation, data analytics and project delivery, and it shows in how the company works: microbiology-first on the biology, feedstock-realist on the inputs, and disciplined on the numbers.

That operator's perspective, designing and troubleshooting plants from how they actually behave rather than from a datasheet, sits behind both the project portfolio and the reference material published under Insights.
