We offer structured commissioning services to bring new and upgraded plants safely into operation and achieve stable biological performance as quickly as possible.

Effective biogas plant commissioning requires a structured, systematic approach that goes beyond simply turning on equipment. Redrock Bioenergy's commissioning engineers prepare detailed commissioning plans and test procedures well in advance of site activities, ensuring all process systems — from feedstock reception and pre-treatment through to gas upgrading and grid injection — are individually tested, integrated and proven before commercial operations begin.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience commissioning anaerobic digestion and biomethane plants across the UK, Ireland and Australia, our team understands the biological, mechanical and control challenges that arise during plant start-up. We work closely with operators and technology suppliers to resolve issues quickly, minimise commissioning periods and ensure plants reach their guaranteed performance targets on schedule.
